When did you first come to the UK?
I first came to the UK in 2012, I started working for The Hall Hunter Partnership as a fruit picker, I was based at Heathlands Farm in Berkshire.
What were you doing before you came to the UK?
I was studying IT at University in Rzeszow, Poland and was working for a large cash and carry company, where I was working in as IT Support.
Was this the first job you had taken overseas?
The first role I had in the UK was working for the Hall Hunter Partnership. Since leaving that company for a new opportunity at The Summer Berry Company, I will be able to develop my IT skills even further.
Did people make you feel welcome?
People were very friendly, this really helped me to settle in to my work and new lifestyle living in a new country. I was really happy.
What are your career goals?
My career goal is to keep progressing within IT. I really enjoy my job and I want to be as successful as I can be within the IT industry.
What changes have you noticed about company during your time here?
Since I started working for the company, I have noticed that the fruit we’re producing has improved quality and also a much better environment for the employees to live and work in.
Have you made many friends during your time here?
I have been really lucky and made so many good friends here, the people are really friendly and so that makes it easy!
